Fittings & timing
Do I need an appointment?
Appointments are recommended so we can plan time for you. Walk-ins are welcome during our daily 9:30-21:30 opening hours.
How many fittings will I need?
Many garments need one or two fittings, but the number depends on the design and adjustments. We agree your schedule during the consultation.
Can you finish within my Bangkok visit?
Tell us your arrival and departure dates before ordering. Our express service completes suits and all tailored garments in 24 hours. We arrange your start time and fittings when you book. Delivery to your place of stay or international shipping is available, with costs subject to agreement.
What should I bring?
Bring reference photographs or a garment whose fit you like. For final fittings, bring the shoes and other layers you intend to wear.
Can you visit my hotel or home?
Off-site appointments can be discussed when booking. Availability, location and any charges must be confirmed in advance.
Cloth & garments
Do you tailor for women?
Yes. We offer suits, shirts, blouses, dresses, jackets, trousers and skirts. Discuss your preferred silhouette and bring references if you have them.
Can I use a garment as a reference?
Yes. Bring it to your consultation. We can discuss the features you like, changes to the fit and whether the design is suitable for your chosen cloth.
How do I choose a fabric?
Compare weight, drape, texture and colour in the showroom. Tell us the climate, occasion and how often you plan to wear the garment.
Is every suit constructed the same way?
No. Construction and finishing depend on the order. Ask us to explain your options and confirm the agreed specification before cutting.
Prices & orders
Where can I see your prices?
Our Prices & Packages page lists the approved THB guide. Fabric, construction and design determine your final quotation, which is agreed before we begin.
Are the US dollar amounts exact?
No. USD amounts are approximate conversions for comparison only. Prices are quoted in Thai Baht; your payment provider may use a different exchange rate.
Do I pay a deposit?
A deposit is required when you place an order, with the balance due before release. Confirm payment details and the applicable terms during your consultation.
Can you coordinate a group order?
Yes. Share the number of people, garments, organisation or occasion, target date and fitting location so we can prepare an individual proposal.
Delivery & aftercare
Do you ship internationally?
International shipping can be arranged. Ask us to confirm destination availability, courier costs, timing and any customs or import charges.
Can I reorder from abroad?
Contact us with your previous order details. We will discuss cloth availability and whether your measurements or fit need updating before accepting a new order.
How should I care for my suit?
Let it rest between wears, use a suitable hanger and follow the care guidance for its fabric. Ask us about brushing, pressing and professional cleaning.
What if I need an adjustment?
Contact the atelier and describe the issue. We will discuss the garment, fitting and applicable alteration terms before arranging the next step.
