• Bespoke Fitting & Measurement Data: Anatomical measurements (chest, shoulders, sleeve pitch, waist, inseam, posture slope), bespoke canvas preferences, collar styles, monogram initials, and fitting history to craft and re-order custom garments.
• Contact & Booking Information: Full name, email address, phone number, WhatsApp contact ID, Bangkok hotel delivery address, and preferred fitting schedule.
• Inquiry & Communications: Messages, custom style inspiration photos, or fabric requests sent via our website booking forms, WhatsApp direct chat, or email.
• Transactional Records: Order invoices, fabric codes, deposit payment slips, and rental security deposit records. We do not store complete credit card numbers on our servers.
• Technical & Digital Advertising Telemetry: IP address, device type, browser specifications, referrer URLs, UTM campaign tags, and interaction events collected via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.

To help travelers and Bangkok residents discover our bespoke atelier, we advertise on digital platforms such as Google Ads and Meta (Facebook/Instagram).

We use Google Consent Mode v2. Analytics and advertising storage remain denied unless you grant permission through our cookie preferences. Under advanced Consent Mode, Google tags may send limited cookieless signals while storage is denied.

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal data to third parties. We share data only with:

• Logistics & Couriers: Local Bangkok hotel couriers or international carriers (DHL, FedEx) solely for garment dispatch.
• Technology Providers: Secure web hosting, email transmittal (Nodemailer), and Google Cloud/Tag infrastructure.
• Payment Processors: Authorized financial merchant banks and Thai QR PromptPay networks.

Bespoke measurements and pattern profiles are retained indefinitely to enable seamless repeat orders when returning clients request new shirts or suits from abroad. You may request deletion of your fitting profile at any time.

Technical analytics data is retained according to the settings in our connected Google Analytics and advertising accounts. All digital systems use SSL/TLS encryption and access controls appropriate to their purpose.
