Welcome to Europa Tailor Bangkok (“we”, “us”, “our”, or “the Atelier”), located at 764/2 Sukhumvit Rd, Khwaeng Klongton, Bangkok 10110, Thailand. By visiting our showroom, commissioning bespoke garments, booking fitting consultations via WhatsApp or our website (europatailorbangkok.com), or utilizing our rental services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Atelier Scope & Bespoke Commissioning

Every bespoke garment (including two-piece suits, three-piece suits, shirts, tuxedos, blazers, overcoats, trousers, custom skirts, and dresses) is custom-drafted from individual body measurements taken at our Thonglor atelier or provided during an off-site consultation.

• Fabric Selection: Clients choose from our in-stock swatches (Italian wools, English wools, cashmere, Irish linen, Egyptian cotton). Once chosen and approved, cloth is allocated and cut exclusively for your garment.
• Fitting Milestone: Standard commissions include an initial baseline measurement and one to two basted or forward fittings to sculpt the chest canvas, sleeve pitch, shoulder slope, and trouser break.
• Client Attendance: Clients are encouraged to attend scheduled fitting appointments wearing dress shoes and a dress shirt representative of the intended wearing style.

2. Production Turnaround & 24-Hour Express Service

Our standard bespoke tailoring timeline is 3 to 5 business days, allowing ample resting and hand-canvassing time.

Our 24-Hour Express Tailoring service completes suits and all tailored garments in 24 hours. The start time and fitting schedule are agreed when booking.

Delivery & International Shipping: If you cannot return for collection, we provide delivery to your place of stay or international shipping. Costs are subject to agreement. Delivery and transit times are separate from the 24-hour garment completion time.

3. Pricing, Deposits & Payment Terms

• Transparent Quotations: All prices are quoted in Thai Baht (THB) or agreed international currencies (USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, SGD) prior to fabric shearing.
• Deposit: A minimum deposit of 50% is required upon order placement to secure fabric and initiate master pattern drafting.
• Balance Payment: The remaining balance is payable upon successful final fitting approval prior to garment release or hotel delivery.
• Payment Methods: We accept Cash (THB, major foreign currencies), Thai QR PromptPay, Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, and bank transfers.

4. Perfect Fit Guarantee, Alterations & Refund Policy

Our Fit Commitment: We guarantee that every custom garment will fit comfortably to the agreed specifications and style silhouettes. Minor alterations (e.g., trouser hem adjustment, waist suppression, sleeve length adjustment) completed at our Bangkok atelier within 30 days of delivery are completely complimentary.

Custom Nature & Non-Refundability: Because each bespoke suit, shirt, dress, and coat is individually cut and hand-tailored to your unique measurements, cash refunds cannot be provided once fabric shearing has commenced. If a fitting imperfection arises, our sole obligation is to alter, adjust, or recut the garment until it meets our rigorous bespoke quality standards.

5. Men’s Suit & Tuxedo Rental Terms

For clients utilizing our rental service:

• A refundable security deposit and valid government ID or passport copy are required at pickup.
• Rentals must be returned within the agreed rental duration (standard 3 days / 2 nights). Extended rental periods incur daily pro-rata charges.
• Normal wear and professional steam cleaning are included. However, irreparable tears, burns, deep wine/oil stains, or lost garments will result in forfeiture of the security deposit and liability for replacement cost.

6. Customer Gallery & Photography

With your explicit verbal or written permission during showroom fittings, our atelier staff may photograph completed garments or client portraits for our Customer Gallery, website, and social media showcase. You may revoke permission or request photo removal at any time by emailing contact@europatailorbangkok.com.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, photography, branding logos, bespoke guides, sizing methodologies, and editorial articles on europatailorbangkok.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Europa Tailor Bangkok and protected under Thai and international copyright laws.

8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any dispute arising out of or related to these terms or atelier services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Bangkok, Thailand.
